Dutchmen Classic 25'

This is the floor plan of our 5th wheel, it is just the plan we were searching for.

Bathroom Counter

This is the bathroom sink before we made changes, we added new towel bars. Tip - check the mirror in the cabinets, the caulking may need to replaced if it old.

Dining area - slide out

We made some changes here, I replaced the foam padding in the seats with a firm foam, it makes a world of difference. We removed the curtains, they were always getting in the way and it is easier to get to the window cranks. I also added coat hooks on the left and right to hang jackets and hats during the day.

TV/Radio cabinet

There is a radio and cassette player installed in this cabinet. I installed a small TV and a VCR that mounts from the upper cabinet. We also added picture frames on this wall.

Slide out

The slideout is 4'x12' and is the dining and living room couch/bed area.

Bedroom

Qeen size bed, we of course got rid of the ugly comforter and replaced it with new bedding and pillows. There is storage under the bed and the headroom is tight but it still works for us.

Front View

The front view shows the two doors under the bed, the door on the left has two 7 gal. propane tanks. The door on the right is storage and were the battery is located.

Front Left view

This view shows the two side doors, top door is storage and the water pump. The bottom door is the slide out control and motor.

Kitchen

It has a nice little kitchen, the fridge and freezer are very nice and have plenty of room. The stove is a 3 burner stove with oven, I added a cutting board that covers the stovetop. The microwave comes in handy for quick meals for defrosting frozen meats.

Shower

It's small but it works great and I have to have my shower everyday. It's perfect for bathing the dogs.

Living room

It is very nice living space, the slide out makes a big difference. There is storage under the couch and the couch folds into a bed. We also got rid of the curtains in this area but left the valance boxes.

Saftey Bar

I added this safety bar for my wife, it really does help and was easy to install.

Battery Storage

This is the right door in the front of the 5th wheel that is both storage and the battery storage area.

Refigurator Access

Easy access to the fridge access for cleaning and maintenance.

Front Jack control

Used to lower or raise the front of the 5th wheel.

Water heater compartment

Easy access to the water heater for cleaning and maintenance.
